Before Your Biofield Tuning Session : Please Watch This

This video is 13 minutes. I’d recommend watch it before we meet – it means we can spend the full session in the work rather than talking about how it works.

Please complete this onboarding form if you haven't already.

Please arrive well hydrated & have water on hand for after your session.

Wear comfortable clothes - layers work best and have a blanket on hand. Sometimes temperature can shift a lot in a session.

Please don't wear wearable technology during our session - eg fitness trackers, smartwatches - these can interfere with the field work.

Bring an eye mask or pillow, if supportive. This isn't essential but many people find this helps them drop into the body and out of the mind.

After your session

The effects of a session can continue to unfold for several days. Your system has done real work – give it space to integrate.

A mineral salt bath - soaking for at least 20 minutes in a salt bath supports the body in releasing what's been shifted from the tissues. Epsom salts or sea salts are ideal.

Water - drink more than usual in the days following. This is one of the most important things you can do.

Time in nature - getting outside and walking in the days following supports grounding and helps everything settle. Bare feet on grass is even better if the weather is with you.

Rest - not always easy, but do take time for rest if you can. The work continues even when you can't feel it.

Duration

Sessions run 60–75 minutes. Give yourself a little buffer afterwards – don’t rush straight into meetings.

What you might feel

Warmth, heaviness, tingling, emotion, or nothing obvious at all. Most people find the expereince deeply relaxing.

After the session

Rest if you can. Drink water. Avoid anything demanding for an hour or two if possible.

A Few Final Questions You Might Have...

Do I need to do anything to make the session work?

No. You don’t need to visualise, intend, or open yourself up to anything. Just be present. The frequency does what it does regardless of your mental effort.

How does remote work actually work?

This is the question everyone asks – and the one that surprises people most after their first online session. Your biofield isn’t confined to your physical body. Distance doesn’t diminish the work.

Think about your WiFi. You have no idea how information travels from somewhere on the internet and arrives on your laptop in seconds – but you’ve never questioned whether it works. Biofield Tuning operates on a similar principle. Your body is a receiver. The frequency does the work. Distance is not a barrier.

Clients consistently report feeling shifts, sensations, and releases during remote sessions just as powerfully as in person. As one client said: “I was blown away by how powerful it felt physically – even though we weren’t in the same room.”

What if I fall asleep?

It happens – and it’s fine. Your system is receiving the work whether you’re conscious of it or not. If you wake and the session is still running, just settle back in.

Is this like a sound bath?

No. A sound bath is ambient – it washes over you. Biofield Tuning is precise. I’m locating specific areas of disruption in your field and working directly with them. As one client put it: “It’s very specific with clear diagnosis of what to work on — in contrast to sound therapy, which is more over-arching and non-specific.”

How many sessions will I need?

Every system is different. Some women feel significant shifts after one session. Most find that 3-5 sessions creates a meaningful change in their baseline. We’ll talk about what makes sense for you on your clarity call.

Will I need to talk about what's going on for me?

We’ll have a brief check-in at the start. It can be helpful to share what’s going on for you if we’re struggling to move something through, but it’s not required.

Can I reschedule?

Yes – up to 24 hours before. Use the link in your booking confirmation.

About Kellie

I’m Kellie. I work with people who are wired but tired.

People who have done the work – the therapy, the books, the courses – and yet calm still requires efforting. It doesn’t come naturally. It has to be managed, maintained, performed.

That’s not healing. That’s just coping with better tools.

Biofield Tuning sits at the heart of my work because it reaches the places that words do not. I’ve experienced it myself. I’ve watched it happen session after session.

Picture static on a radio signal. Years of stress and unprocessed emotion create interference in your body’s field. You feel it as tightness, reactivity, fog, or flatness. A tuning fork locates that interference. The frequency disrupts the pattern. The static clears.

You don’t have to understand it. You’ll feel it.

When your system has settled and has space to receive it, I bring in Havening, PSYCH-K® and somatic work to anchor what’s shifted.

If you’re ready to stop efforting your way to calm – I’d love to work with you.
