The Nervous System Repatterning Method™ is my framework for working with your body’s own intelligence to release old survival patterns and create a steadier foundation of calm and confidence.

Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s a cyclical process that unfolds at the pace your system feels safe to take. Within this Method, we move through three phases – Release, Regulate, and Restore – each one gently supporting your system in finding its natural balance and ease.

One: Release

Here, we gently work with the survival energy, emotional charge, and limiting beliefs stored deep within the body. This process isn’t about rehashing the past. It’s about creating a felt sense of safety so your system can release what it no longer needs to hold.

Two: Regulate

Here we focus on expanding your capacity and giving your nervous system practical ways to find its own “off switch” in the moment. You’ll learn to steady your emotional responses, stay grounded through everyday challenges, and build a felt sense of safety within – even when life feels chaotic or uncertain.

Three: Restore

With renewed space and greater capacity, this phase anchors new patterns of clarity, connection, and confidence. You begin to reclaim your natural resilience, deepen self-trust, and weave these changes into daily life – opening the way for more ease, presence, and freedom that feels truly your own.

A Few Final Questions You Might Have...

Do I have to talk about my trauma or painful memories in detail?

Absolutely not, unless you want to. This is one of the most important and gentle aspects of Havening. You are always in control. We do not need to talk about the details of the event. All I need to know is the feeling you want to work on. Your brain knows the story; my job is to help you create the sense of safety needed to let it go, without forcing you to re-live it verbally.

How is this different from traditional talk therapy?

Traditional talk therapy primarily engages the conscious, thinking part of your brain (the neocortex). Havening works directly with the subconscious, emotional part of your brain (the limbic system) and your body’s nervous system. We are not just talking about the problem; we are using neuroscience and gentle touch to change how the problem is physically stored in your brain, leading to deep and lasting change.

How many sessions will I need?

This is unique to each person. For a single, specific event or phobia, most clients find complete relief in just 1-3 sessions. For more complex or long-standing patterns (like chronic anxiety or pain), we may work together for a longer period. We can explore what your journey might look like on our call.
